Question: How do YOU get seen - in person - by NCAA Lacrosse Coaches?
Answer: TGT100 - Texas Girls Top 100 Showcase Camp
NCAA Lacrosse Recruiting 101 –
The only way you are going to get NCAA coaches interested in YOU is to be seen by them. I cannot stress this enough – no coach is going to seriously recruit YOU (push hard for admissions to let you in, offer scholarship $$$, etc) until somebody on their coaching staff has seen YOU play – in person! Coaches want to see players who hustle for GB's and DC's; re-defend and cause turnovers on the ride; see how they move off ball on both the offensive and defensive sides of the field. This does not show clearly from watching a DVD and seeing a player score 10 free position goals does nothing for a coach – it's a free position – unless it is something spectacular they expect you to score.
The only event of this kind in the State of Texas for girls lacrosse players - YOU!
So come to Austin, Texas!

If you have a desire to play NCAA college lacrosse in the future, then this is the event for YOU!
With the explosion of girl’s lacrosse in the last 5 years the result is the development of highly skilled players who have yet to be seen by the coaches of Top DI, DII or DIII NCAA programs. The availability of recruiting camps in the Northeast has been closed to all but a handful of players from Texas, and can be quite expensive + travel expense. This prevents 100+ college capable girls’ lacrosse players from being exposed to NCAA Women's Lacrosse programs - currently one NCAA women's lacrosse program in Texas - DIII, University of Dallas. Tightening travel budgets and small staffs at many of the NCAA school make it difficult for coaches to take recruiting trips to Texas.
There is a perception that Texas has tremendous female athletes, but some question the level of lacrosse skill and Lax IQ. This is where the TGT100 comes in….
TGT100 unites NCAA lacrosse coaches from across the country with high school girls from across the state who want to compete for an NCAA Varsity Program.
We invited coaches from geographically selective, athletically achievable and academically diverse programs who recognize the athleticism, passion and desire to improve - great qualities the Texas girl’s lacrosse player can bring to their program
This event includes instructional stations from NCAA coaches, a minimum of 4 games coached by NCAA Coaches, a TeamFLC-Texas custom jersey, water bottle and a Coaches Pack of player information, which will be given to each attending coach as well as e-mailed to every DI, DII and DIII coach in the country.
Additionally - Parent/Player Online Recruiting Service, Post Game talks by College Coaches, Strength and Conditioning and so much more.
